- solution:ur eye must have -14 degree angle horizontally because if it has more the degree,it causes make 3 blink per minute instead of 18 bilnks per minute and it make ur eye dry ,the driness make ur eye sight poor
- backpain
- solution:u must sit on standard chair and search the net for true sitting positions
- laziness
- solution: every one hour u must stay up and do stretch exrcise and look to a green view(look to trees or something like it)
- mentally tired
- solution:same as laziness
- lack of sleep
- solution: same as poor eyesight
- addiction
- solution: before u sit before the computer define a cause for urself and estimated time for sitting.
- for example: i wanna play Call of Duty for an hour then make set clock's ring on an hour later and make urself stand up and do another thing.
