Gm vehicles do not use inertia/reset switches.
The ignition control module on a 2000 Blazer with the 4.3 is mounted on the same bracket that the coil is mounted to.
The best thing to do is to buy a BCM from the GM dealer and he will programme it for your specific vehicle, in your case a 2001 cavalier. I have the exact car, same year and I also need a new BCM. I'm picking one up at my local GM dealership for about $240Can. that includes the BCM and the programming. Hope this helped, and good luck.
Being a conversion van its possible for them to move them probably where they'd like but it should be under the drivers seat. I cannot remember off the top of my head if that year has a bcm and a pcm or just the pcm. A bcm is a Body control Module and controls just what it sounds like- power windows, locks etc. I don't think GM did that yey in '93 but I'm not positive, sorry. If you don't find it let me I will help track it down. If the conversion company is still in business they might be a source too.
It depends on which tank you have in the van. It will be either 31 gal, 35 gal, or 55 gal.
