Being overweight stops me from doing anything. There are so many oppertunities in life that I want to take but I'm afraid of being laughed at if I take them. I'm not even that overweight. Help?

You are the only one that can stop you from doing what you want. You are the only one that can ignore the stares and jokes of other people. When you start respecting yourself then you'll feel better regardless of how other people treat you.
The only thing that is stopping you from doing what you want is you.
I used to be about a stone overweight and I got bullied about it. In the end I learnt that nobody should have an effect like that on my life and learnt to block people out. Go out there and live your life as you please, don't let anyone ruin it for you because that's not what you deserve.
Remember life is short when it comes to it, so go and enjoy it with the people you love and have fun!
