To replace the heater blower motor:
First unplug the wire connectors.
Then remove the screws and the motor will pull out. Reverse the process to reinstall the blower motor.
The blower motor is mounted to the ductwork under the hood on the passenger side of the vehicle. It appears as an electric motor.
Remove the wiring harness from the back of your 2005 Chevy Cavalier heater blower motor. Remove the heater blower motor retaining bolts. Remove the heater blower fan.

If you are asking about the heater blower motor it is mounted to the heater ducting in the engine compartment on the passenger side.
The 1975 Chevrolet Camaro heater blower motor can be found behind the passenger side dashboard. You will need to remove the passenger side kick plate in order to access the heater blower motor.

There is a fuse for the blower motor on the fuse panel, I do not know of a relay.

You can check the blower motor by unplugging the wire harness and connecting a jumper wire directly from the battery positive terminal to the blower motor. Be very careful to avoid touching the jumper wire to ground to avoid arcing. If the blower motor runs then there may be a blown fuse, bad resistor pack, wiring issues or bad switch.
