After all the diets i tried in my life, I can totally assure you that the best one is a Keto diet

Most important has always been in diets, keep track of your calories as in keto diet one easily overshoots the daily calorie requirement as it is high fat diet. Keep very careful and minute check on the hidden carbs even in your vegetables. Carbs exceeding 20gms a day will throw you out of Ketosis state and it'll take another 3–4days to get back into the Ketosis. Keto being a high fat and above moderate protein intake diet, consumption of water has to be in strict check.

Sticking to Keto Diet for at least 45–60days will give you excellent results. Please do not stay in a keto diet for more than 3months continuously as body and brain needs carbs.

Cycling between normal and keto diet every 3months is the best bet.Hope this helps.

it is VERY IMPORTART to follow a well made custom Keto diet

Please contact me at my mail address where i can send you the link of that awesome diet.

Write me at charliesmith4ever2020 @ gmail .com

I’ve been successful with this after many fails, and helped lose weight to my family too

STAY CONSISTENT STAY PERSISTENT!

You're taking a new look at food, with a goal of bringing down your LDL ("bad") cholesterol level. One thing that may make it easier is to have a plan that sets you up for success, and which has research backing it up.

That's where these 10 diets come in. They can help you lower your cholesterol and lose extra weight and still enjoy food that tastes great.

  1. Mediterranean Diet

You’ll eat what people in the countries surrounding the Mediterranean Sea have relied on for centuries: fruits, vegetables, whole grains, fish, lean meats, and olive oil.

.2.TLC (Therapeutic Lifestyle Changes)

This three-part plan (diet, exercise, and weight control) can lower your LDL cholesterol by 20% to 30%.

You’ll say goodbye to trans fats and avoid foods with saturated fat, but you won’t feel deprived. You’ll eat healthier versions of your

favorite foods, like lean ham instead of bacon.

The proof is in the pudding: Scientific research suggests it’s excellent for heart health.

3.Mayo Clinic Diet

This plan just might become your new way of life.

You'll choose high-fiber foods like oatmeal and oat bran, fish and other foods loaded with omega-3 fatty acids, nuts like walnuts and almonds, and olive oil, to help lower cholesterol.

Exercise and portion size are also big parts of this plan, which begins with a 2-week jump-start phase and keeps going forever.

4.Vegetarian or Vegan Diet

These plant-based diets could do a lot for your cholesterol, if you choose your foods wisely.

Vegetarians don't eat any meat. Vegans don't eat any animal products, including meat, eggs, dairy, or even honey.
