I'm not possitive, but I believe it would be the use of by-products like 'tree bark'. There is a process of 'pelletising' (looks like rabbit pellet food) of wood waste products. The pellets are sold by the ton to large businesses like a greenhouse complex that would burn the pellets in large furnaces to heat the greenhouses.
