Because the bathroom is generally warm and damp, drain flies has been known to lay eggs in shower drains or on the tiles where moisture can be found. Once the eggs from drain flies hatch, their larvae come out looking for a place to develop. The larvae are dark in color and tend to crawl between cracks and crevices to hide.

It is a black worm you cant see with out a microscope.
Depending on your location this caterpillar could be an American Dagger Moth (Acronicta Americana) or a Dark Flat (Tapena thwaitesi bornea). The American Dagger Moth is found east of the Rocky Mountains in North America and is fuzzy with black tufts. The Dark Flat is found in Singapore and has a large, heart-shaped, black head.
