Blackberry shows you have 2 unread messages but you cant find them?

- Go to the Messages application on the BlackBerry smartphone.
- Click the Menu key and select Search.
- Change the Show field to Unopened Only.
- Click the Menu key and select Search.
This will display a list of all the unread messages residing on the BlackBerry smartphone. Once all of these messages are marked as read, the unread message notifier should be cleared.
