if you said brown cere that is a female
I would say that if the ceres are blue, it is a male. Does it still have stripes on it's head?
white with some blue
a male parakeets cere is dark (dark purple blue ect.)
white, blue or light pink
Males have a purple to dark blue colored cere (nose) and females have a white to light pink to brown (when ready to breed) cere.
A blue and white cat is not a breed it's the coloring of a cat! They are called blue and gray but in appearance they are gray and white! A blue and white cat is not a particular breed, just a blue cat with white.
if your parakeet has a pink nose, that means it is still a baby, adult parakeets have a blue or brown nose, depending on the gender.
I don't think so. I read that adult female parakeets noses are brown and that adult male parakeets noses are blue. But, young female parakeet's noses are "bluish" and a young male parakeet's nose is pink.

yes but only when it's born in a month it should turn brown
On the parakeet is a colored patch above the beak (cere); in males light to dark blue and female pinkish to tan, or brown if breeding; immature of both sexes are pinkish to pinkish blue.
