It depends on how diluted the dilute sulphuric acid is (i.e. its concentration).
Concentrated sulfuric acid has sulfuric acid molecules where dilute sulfuric acid has sulfate ions and hydrogen ions. Water in the diluted solution acts as the ionization medium.
when mixed sulfuric acid with water in the presence of oxygen nothing happens but the acid turned from concentrated acid will turn into diluted acid.

It produces a very large amount of heat, plus diluted sulfuric acid.
Sulphuric acid should be diluted by adding acid to water while stirring continuously.
Sulfuric acid is:NOT muriatic acid, 'cause that is the old name for hydrochloric acid (HCl)strongly oxidizing ONLY when concentrated, not in diluted form![Don't know about 'met', don't use acronyms]

Of course it is. Especially if it's not diluted. Keep it off of your skin and away from your eyes.
