Boys still like you. It's just that as they get older, they change and they might not be so open about their feelings anymore. In fact, almost every girl has at least a couple guys admiring her from a distance. it's true. if you are really concerned, though, try getting some good guy friends if you haven't done so already. they makae not only good boyfriends, but good besties as well. :) if you start off as being friends with guys, sometimes it'll grow into something more. just remember, guys DO like you...they may just be having a battle with shyness.
You are being optimistic although your theory may be possible. However, when people age, they can gain weight, earn some gray hair, and develop wrinkles on their skin. This is probably your case, and thererfore a good guess on why boys do not take much interest in you nowadays.
