they are quite uncomfortable at first, but then they are ok

Depends on how bad they are. You would probally have to have lost all your baby teeth first though. i would say 12-16 year olds.

It depends on a series of factors. If there is a gadget coming out for 16 year olds or a range for 15-17 year olds then it'd be best to put your name forward for testing. How you would come to do this? I'd find out the name of gadget companies in the same country as you, go onto their websites and find out how to do so.
They are to young to go on a date. But a play date would work out fine.
Find the serial number and look up the date on a list of Olds serial numbers.
Twenty 3 year olds would like twenty Barbies.

12-16 usually, though I know plenty of 20 and 30 year olds who have them, too. I have seen a second grader with braces on his teeth (crazy parents), and people much older than 30 may even have them (a little too old for lack of selfsteem). That being said, almost anyone of any age can get them. The orthodontists need money, so they want you to start at 7, even if that means that you will have to repeat the treatment.I think its best to have the baby teeth out of there. Since the need for braces is mostly cosmetic I think the prevalence of braces in children is due to the fact that the public schooling system offers no advantages to a good-looking person, while it is often said that the workplace and dating-world, like it or not, are more affected by how a person looks. That said, I don't think braces are bad-looking. I know plenty a hottie with braces. It's just that when one has braces, they usually don't see it as an enhancement to their charisma.
