Turn them inside-out, button them up, and machine-wash them (cycle doesn't matter) with other things of similar color in COLD water. If you really care about these jeans and paid a lot of money for them, or if they have metal bits (other than buttons) or rhinestones on them, do not put them in the dryer; turn them right-side-out, fold them flat on the seams, and put them on a hanger to air-dry. If you put them in the dryer, make sure you keep them inside-out in the dryer as well. If they have any spandex in them (check the fabric label), dry them on Medium or Perma-Press, NOT high heat. High heat is okay for 100% cotton.
If Bethany wears jeans every two days, and she wears them on March 1st, then she must wear them on every odd-numbered day in March. Three days after that, she again wears running shoes, which is the fourth of March. The fourth of March is even, so she is not wearing jeans. Three days later, however, on the seventh of March, Bethany is wearing both jeans and running shoes. We then continue this pattern to find that on the 13th and 19th of March, she is also wearing jeans and running shoes at the same time.
