Do you mean 4 types of Diabetes mellitus?
Diabetes Insipidus is quite rare and due to hypo- secretion of ADH from the hypothalamus. If the hypothalamus is damaged by trauma or a tumour it is more likely to occur. Water reabsorption by the renal tubules is not stimulated by ADH causing an excessive amount of dilute urine to be excreted. This excessive loss needs to be compensated by more fluid intake to maintain the water balance.
The rare types of diabetes are diabetes myelitis and diabetes insipidus. To pioneer ongoing research and developments in diabetes, Central BioHub presents wide range of human biospecimens collected from different patients diagnosed with diabetes. To earn more visit our website Central BioHub.de
Yes, there are 4 different types of diabetes they are all different. There is: type 1 diabetes, type 2 diabetes, gestational diabetes, and diabetes insipidus. Type 1 diabetes is seen mostly in children, this is when the pancreas secretes no insulin. Type 2 is when the pancreas secretes insulin, it is just not enough. Gestational is similar to type 2 but only occurs while a woman is pregnant. Diabetes insipidus is different it has nothing to do with blood sugar, although it may cause excessive. In diabetes insipidus the body has a problem secreting the ADH (antidiuretic hormone) this causes a person to become thirsty all the time and want to urinate frequently. A person with this is at risk for dehydration.
Diabetes insipidus (DI) is a rare condition that occurs when your kidneys are not able to conserve water. It results in extreme thirst for water and frequent urination. There are several types of DI, and they can often be successfully treated. This condition is not related to diabetes mellitus (the disease most often referred to as simply "diabetes").

you have to be much more specific in your question. there are many types of diabetes- type one diabetes, type two diabetes, diabetes insipidus, diabetes mellitus. I, personally, am actually a type one diabetic (diabetes mellitus). This is not due to chromosomal error. No one is precisely sure as to how one acquires diabetes, but my doctor's believe I caught a virus which tricked my immune system to thinking my pancreas was sick, when it was in fact not. My immune system then killed my beta cells. Or alpha. I don't know haha. Hope this helps.

Diabetes Mellitus is mainly caused by deficiency of insulin due to either destruction of Istet of Langerhans present in the pancreas or any autoimmune cause. Here there is increased blood sugar level and sugar starts to appear to come with urine. It even becomes fatal when sugar level increases very much. While Diabetes insipidus is caused by defect in secretion of vasopressin (Antidiuretic Harmone) which is secreted from pituitary gland present in hypothalamus. Its function is to reabsorb water from distal tubules in the kidney and due to this it contol the concentration of urine. But its deficiency causes increased water excretion through urine even in low intake of water.
There are 2 types of diabetes. Type 1 is more commonly seen in children. Type 1 is worse than Type 2 as you have to have insulin administered through injections. If you have Type 2 (which is normally seen in adults or people who are overweight) you will just have to take pills.
