Lt133 lawn tractor will not fire is coil bad
It is important to know the symptoms of a bad car part. The symptoms of a coil going bad would be having a trouble starting and running the car, the coil getting hot, and poor fuel economy.
If you know the coil is good then the Igniter is bad. It is right below the coil.
could be a # of things bad plugs, blown fuse, bad coil pack, or even a bad sensor.
You first should check the fuse for the radio and make sure it is not out. It may be that your radio has gone bad and may need to get a new one.
Could be a vacuum leak Could be a bad spark plug or wire Could be a bad valve (do a compression test) Coild be a bad coil if equipped with COP (Coil on Plug)
The coil pack could be bad. More commonly the crankshaft sensor could be bad. When this sensor is bad the system cant tell where the cam location is and will no know when to send fire to the spark plugs.
Best thing is to take it to a mechanic.
it will start leaking from under the dash

you can ohm it out from primary to secondary. I usually do a good close up inspection of it . Look for cracks in rubber or sooty looking marks usually on back side for shorting to ground. If you suspect a bad ignition coil, or coil pack , replace it at Autozone.
