The orange lights on top of the street lights in NYC indicate fire alarm boxes.
you take an orange peel and ground it up into pieces :p.....!!!
It is the transmission warning light. If it comes it indicates a fault either with manual transmission or the durashift transmission
The "purpose" of an orange is to carry orange seeds to the ground and allow for new orange trees to sprout.
Pontiac Judge, Ford Mustang, Ford Maverick, Corvette

Changing the dashboard lights from orange to blue in an 05 Peugeot 206cc is rather easy. Make sure you have the blue lights ready. Simply lift the hood of your car and unscrew the lights from behind, and replace them.
turns running lights off and on. the lights around the top of vehicle usually, orange lights. Doug
Traffic lights- differentiating the red , orange and green lights.
I have tried having the bulbs, fuses, and light switch replaced. I still have no brake lights. I have running lights, just no brake lights when I depress the brake pedal. All the electrical places here in Orange want $70/hour just to LOOK at the car. I can't even close to afford this so any advice is welcome. I would suspect a bad ground connection somewhere. Ground one of the rear light assemblies and see if it works then.
The orange wire is usually a dimmer wire for the radios lights. It can be wired into the dimmer circuit of the vehicle or just wired straight to the power where the lights will stay on high.
