It is possible for a person to touch their tongues to their nose. I have seen many people stick their tongue up and touch their nose. As for touching your tongue to your chin, I am sure that is also possible. I can do it and I have seen other people do it as well. So I would say that you can touch your tongue to your nose and your chin. That is my observation.

well some people can touch their nose with their tongue, it is just genetic luck if you can or can't. The frenulum is what holds your tongue to the bottom of your mouth. However, to answer the question as it was stated, My tongue could touch your nose, only if you would let me!
