No prison has yet (2009) been identified at Caesarea. However archaeological work is continuing and new discoveries are being made all the time. It is possible that at some time a building will be identified as a prison, though if only the foundations are left I think it would be difficult to be certain about such an identification. Look up Caesarea Maritima in Yahoo Search and there is a picture!!!
