It depends what vegetables you put in your stir fry. However on average, bock choy, mushrooms, capsicum, carrots and brocolli would roughly have 80 calories. It depends on the type of noodles you have and the quantity, however there would be about 100 calories in them. so your meal is approximately 180 calories. very healthy :) hope this is what you were after. ps. if you add sauce satay- add 40+ calories soy- add 15 calories sweet chilli- add 25 calories
