For now, if you just put the ign. key to the first turn, just to unlock the steering, you will be able to put the shifter in neutral and start the car from there. It will still go into park after. This way you will be able to get the car to where you are going. Problem could be with the sensor on the brake pedal , have this checked, and check for a burnt fuse.
