As long as they have the correct bolt pattern, yes. If they are wider you may need to check clearance, and you might also need to get wider fender flares to keep the van road-legal. I think it's generally acceptable to have a third of the tire's width exposed, but you'll need to check your local regulations.
You'd also need to get new tires, but you know that already.
