yes, with low-profile high performance tires they should fit, but you will need to watch your wheel's width so you don't rub the inside of the fender during turning Stock it is a 16 with i think five and 1/2 inch of tire so it would just have to be a 3 inch tire profile. however there is plenty of clearance on a grand prix so you could do that and still lower it.
yes
yes
yes they will.
if its lifted but if not no
yes i have 20ths on mine
you dont.....
See if the bolt pattern is the same
You want to have 15" rims on 98 Grand Am. Typically common are 195/65/R15
YES 22X8.5 ON A 245/30/22 TIRE...FIT IS NO PROBLEM
Yes they can. I have a 2007 Grand Prix with 22" rims. 245/30/22. spacers are needed for the back as the tire would slightly rub on the coil plate.
Yes they can. I have 22's on my 05 Pontic grand prix
yes it can but that size tire is recommended for 7 inch and wider rims. 16 inch grand prix wheels are 6.5 inches wide. 235/55/16 is a better option and what I run on my 97 GTP.
