yes, they can play together, but don't to very much touch/poke them.
sure! as long as they aren't syrian hamsters, they will get along nicely
I usaually stick them in the same cage over night to make it faster!
No, or yes if you want two mamas if they are dwarf hamsters. If Syrians then no, because they will fight and may even kill each other.
they only fight when they are in heat it is normal
no 2 male hamsters will fight, I have a Male Hamster and so does my Brother, we put them next to each other and my Hamster jumped on top of his. if you out 2 male or female hamsters together, they will surely fight
well they should play with toys on the game
No! They will feel threatened and when you intorudce the new female, the other female will think she is invading her territory and attack her. If you do that it is most likely that one will die :(
You need a male and female hamster both 21 days old or older. Then you will need to partner your two hamsters in the box with the heart in the middle. Then leave them together for the night.
you shouldn't house 2 hamsters together unless they are Russian dwarfs even then they need separate sleeping and play wheels once hamsters reach sexual maturity they start to fight
#1. First get 2 hamsters of the same breed. One male one female. #2. Put then in the same cage so they can play together. #3. In the top left corner you'll see a box with 2 little hamsters and a heart. #4. Touch the icon and it will ask if you want the to hamsters to be parteners or not. If you choose yes you can always delete the partenership later. #5. The hamsters have to be atleast 21 days OWNED to have babys. #6. If the 2 hamsters are playing toghether and get along the female hamster wil get pregant and have a baby in a few days. #7. Make sure you have atleast 1 empty cage so that the baby can go there after leaving its mother.
I'd probably say that it is better to keep two females together as males can become very competitive and are more territorial. If the female in either case becomes pregnant, then the hamsters need to be separated. The mother will kill her offspring if she is disturbed, so it is very important to put the cage in a quiet, undisturbed area, away from other hamsters.
I recommend getting a dwarf hamster because dwarf hamsters are less territorial and most of the time can be kept together in the same cage. If you put two Syrian hamsters together they will fight to the death.
