To remove a president is called impeachment and it has to be proven that he or she has broken the law or not followed the constitution. A trial is held by congress to determine if laws have been broken.

If they have a good reason, yes. They can impeach him. But they theoretically can only do that for serious crimes, not just because they don't like him.
