Nope - they are completely different animals, would never encounter each other in the wild - and would never mate naturally.

Probably not. Chinese water dragons would probably foul the water with their waste and uneaten food, rendering it uninhabitable to the tiger salamanders.

While it is theoretically possible, it's unlikely. Both species are closely related, but they would never cross-breed naturally - since they would never co-habit in the wild.
