No the only people who can join the British Army as natural born British citizens, and naturalised citizens.
Britain is defined as members of the Union states of England Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales. (not including Southern Ireland (Eire)).
Treaty Applicants from the Commonwealth may be considered for service in HM armed forces but European citizens do not.
