If it is CLEARLY personal mail, they should refuse delivery and return it to the post office. If it cannot be determined if the correspondence is personal or business-related, they have the authority to open it to determine the contents.
HOWEVER - since you're probably NOT supposed to be receiving personal mail at your employers address anyway, ALL correspondence coming them is probably going to be looked upon as business-related.
