In addition, if you consume a lot of alcohol followed by swollen lymph nodes you should see your doctor to make sure its not a form of cancer. If they suspect it is, they will do the radiology test, labs, and if they determine further testing is needed they may want to do a biopsy which consists of taking out one lymph node and doing the pathology testing to be sure.
