No, there is one sin that can not be forgiven. It is committed by a person that has full knowledge of the works of the Holy Spirit. It is someone that has witnessed the Holy Spirit and the gifts. Such as Healing, Miracles, tongues and the like. Then to confess they are a lie and they are not of God, in other words they are in full willful rebellion against God, not a backslider. This is blasphemy against the Holy Ghost.
This can not be committed by a babe in Christ, but by a mature knowledgeable Christian that is intimate with the Holy Ghost.
