No matter what age you are, the Bible is very clear that God does not want to punish us: He wants to forgive us. But if we want Him to forgive us, we have to change our bad behavior. If you have said something bad about God, that is not unusual-- many people, of all ages, may get angry with God at some point in their life. But when that happens, people still need to apologize for being rude and they need to try harder to do the right thing, rather than continuing to do the wrong thing. God repeatedly says, in both the Old Testament (Hebrew Bible) and the New Testament, that if we are sincerely sorry and if we repent, He will forgive us. So, tell God you are sorry you said something bad about Him, ask Him to forgive you, and then go on with your life and try to be a good person.
