The Holy Spirit, who was first given to the Christians at Pentecost, is now living and working among us.
To answer your question, God is outside of our space and time. He does not "live" in the sky or among the stars or in any other place. It's pretty hard to grasp! I think that makes God so much amazing. But in general, God does not have to see us on earth, because he already knows (and has determined) what will and is happening.

Yes. Only thing is you may not find him/her. For Example even if god comes to you and say I am God you may not believe. This is due to many reasons. But Godliness is with evryone and it ovrwhelm in some people like Budha or Jesus or Krishna of Allah. The world is always a combination of +and -. When only + prevails it is God. There is higher force above us whihc we are yet to understand/accept that is why all such doubts.

He would send the Holy Spirit to light the way of His children who are in darkeness. He knows each and every one of us.
