Chances are coming off the pill can make your periods irregular for a little while, but it is very possible to get pregnant if you havent been taking the pill for a few weeks.
The only real way to know is to take a pregnancy test. There are heaps of ways to find out more about your fertility and when you are most fertile, Google fertility, and you will find out lots of interesting ways to know more about your body and youre cycles to help you conceive a healthy baby quicker. goodluck

When I first started mine it was very irregular, I visited my Gyno and discussed it with them. I recommend you visit yours as well.
