In the United States, a worker can be fired for any reason that does not violate state or federal law. Examples of illegal reasons in include discrimination (race, sex, national origin, etc.) and retaliation (for Union support or for whistleblowing, etc.).
Collective bargaining agreements (Union contracts) typically contain a "Just Cause" clause, which states that an employee can only be disciplined or terminated for just cause. If a union worker is improperly discharged, the worker grieves it with the Union and the Union decides whether to arbitrate the matter before an arbitrator who has the authority to order the employer to reinstate the employee.

Many believe there are. They allege that they go by different names and that their agenda is the same, regardless of the name. Others believe that the modern notion of the Illuminati is a myth. Very little evidence has ever been produced to indicate that a shadowy organisation like the Illuminati are at work. A lot of hearsay and unsubstantiated speculation abound, but that is not the same as proof. Notwithstanding, if such an organization does exist and controls the mainstream media and all funded studies, then "proof" will never be published by what the media and the Illuminati considers to be valid sources. The modern notion of the Illuminati is a myth. No evidence has ever been produced to prove a shadowy organisation like the Illuminati are at work.
