I did the same thing and the bank did not honor the check
Call you banks customers service and see. My bank allows my wife to deposit my payroll checks without my signature into our account.
Yes you can but, first the person who it is made out to must sign on the reverse. Thus, that person is signing his / her check over to you. Your bank will then require you to sign below the other signature prior to depositing.
Deposit it in your bank account, there will be no fee. If you don't have a bank account, you can open one with the IRS check!
First, open a checking or savings account at a credit union or bank. Second, fill out a deposit slip. Third, endorse the check (sign it on the back in the area reserved for endorsement). Last, have the teller deposit the check in your account. You may be able to endorse the check and mail it in for deposit. Ask you bank or credit union about their procedures for that. If you do mail a check for deposit, include the phrase "for deposit only" along with your signature in the endorsement.
Signing blank probably refers to a "blank endorsement." A blank endorsement is when you have a check payable to you and you sign your name on the back of the check without any other direction, such as "pay to the order of" or "for deposit only." When a check only has your endorsement, it is still a negotiable item, and therefore, someone else could then sign the check under your signature and deposit or cash the check.
An endorsed check is a check that was written to someone without a checking account, or someone who could not deposit the check, that has been signed by that person so that someone else can deposit it for them.

yes
Most banks will let anyone deposit a check, even without ID. They do not cash checks or allow money to be taken out of the account without ID.
They've had them before. Check their website (www.jonasbrothers.com) for more info.
