Turkey giblets are OK for dogs to eat. In fact, dogs would appreciate if you gave them the left over turkey.

How do you make turkey dressing using turkey giblets?

I put the giblets (heart, kidneys, lungs, whatever else you have) in the blender and add turkey/chicken stock and blend it down to a red liquid. I strain the liquid through a coarse strainer to remove any large pieces. I then make stuffing (normally breadcrumbs, onions, celery, spices, and turkey/chicken stock) and use the giblet liquid in place of the stock. I give the raw turkey neck to my dog as I don't use it.

How long to boil chicken giblets?

This is according to the Better Homes and Garden Cook Book published in approximately the late 60's or 70's and which I have used since then. "Place giblets, except liver, in saucepan. Add water just to cover giblets; salt lightly. Add a few celery leaves and onion slices to water, if desired. Cover; simmer for 1 to 2 hours for chicken giblets (2 hours for turkey giblets), Add the liver and continue to simmer for 5 to 10 minutes for chiken liver (20 to 30 minutes for turkey liver)."

Is it ok to eat a chicken cooked with bag of giblets inside?

One must of course discard the plastic bag containing the giblets. But the contents are not only not poisonous but very useful for making gravies, chicken soup, etc. Just wash the giblets, put them in a saucepan and simmer slowly for a few hours. Then strain, keeping the stock and stripping the meat and chopping it finely. Add to the stock from the chicken carcass and some chopped vegetables for lovely soup!

If "liquid sponge bag" refers to the bag of giblets, then, no. The finished chicken might taste slightly of organ meats, but otherwise it should have no affect.

If dog eats a chicken bone does it make it hard for them to walk?

Eating a chicken bone would not make it hard for a dog to walk. The reason veterinarians ask people not to give chicken bones is that the bones can become lodged in the dog's mouth or esophagus causing scratches that can become infected or causing the dog to choke.
