Don't buy an "HID kit" from any vendor. "HID kits" are widely available, but they are (all) illegal and dangerous. The only legitimate/safe/legal HID conversion is to install complete HID headlamp assemblies designed, built, tested, and certified as such. Halogen headlamps must use halogen bulbs.
A Toyota dealership will not install nitrous kits on any car. They will accept the liability for the use of the system. Nitrous, when used incorrectly, can easily destroy a vehicle and possibly injure the occupants.

There is a web site called www.acblockkits.com that has rear a/c block kits for just about any vehicle. They also have a/c line repair kits if you wanted to fix/bypass a bad section of tube in the lines. Everything is very reasonably priced and easy to install. Highly reccomended! I have installed many of their kits and have never had a problem. I have seen some others on occasion but have had to send them back because they leaked or the fittings were wrong.
