Most car manufactures will void your warranty if you install a after market wheel on your car. The reason they say this, Because you have altered the way the car handles. I don't think a steering wheel changes the way a car handles. But, almost all after market parts void a warranty.

You can't upgrade much apart form the system version and HDD however upgrading HDD will void your warranty... So you can't upgrade any hardware without voiding your warranty.
It is built in, making it unable to get access without voiding the warranty. So if your battery goes bad it cannot be replaced. Also if you had researched doing a mod to your battery to run Custom Firmware you can't with the GO yet.
Your best bet is to ask the dealer if you can install headers without it effecting the warranty, more than likely it's OK.

This requires a power steering pulley puller. This puller is designed to remove and install a power steering pulley without damage to the pulley and or pump. Attempting to do this without the puller will result in damaging the pulley or the pump or both.

Look and see if it is driving anything else. As far as driving it without a belt, I would not advice you even attempt this. The steering would be extremely difficult and it would be dangerous. Buy a new belt and install it.
You can take the faceplate off of an Xbox 360 and place it on another. However, you can't take the sides off without voiding the warranty and possibly damaging the Xbox.
