I need a message to appear, every time someone opens internet explorer on our family computer. I want it to say something along the lines of, "DO NOT use IE8 on this computer, if you would like to browse the internet, please use google chrome." I need this to prevent my little brother and sister from using IE, I would prefer them to use Chrome, but I don't want to delete IE just in case I need to re-install Chrome if something happens. I need it to say my specific message so they understand that I personally don't want them using it. I would like to be able to do this for other programs as well. We could use a little more detail as to the problem you are having. Are you using windows 7, xp, Mac OS? What internet browser? ( IE8, firefox, chrome?) Do any other websites open in the browser?

If you mean Browsers FireFox is fast and stable, along with Opera and Chrome. IE8 is ok also, my reccomendation is firefox because of it's huge ammounts of plugins, addons, fast speed, security and stability.
