By downloading Chrome and stop using any IE version, or by downloading Firefox, both trustworthy, fast browsers
Unless these sites are trying to hack your computer through the browser (and causing it to crash) then the problem is likely IE8 or your computer. try reinstalling IE8 or use a different browser such as firefox and see if that too crashes. You will need the help of someone who knows computers and can be at your computer if the above does not fix it.Yes, I would also suggest you reinstall IE8 - many people have had this same issue and doing a reinstall has fixed the problem. Here's a link explaining uninstalling IE8 (which reverts you to your previous version) http://www.microsoft.com/windows/internet-explorer/support/faq.aspx. From there, just reinstall IE8 again from the Microsoft site: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/internet-explorer/download-ie.aspx?ocid=ie8_sm_a.Hope that helps!FeranInternet Explorer Outreach Team
If you have IE8 I had the same problem, switch to the browser 'Opera' It's very fast, I like it

Remove ie8 browser thru Windows Add/Remove Programs list: 1. Go to the Start Menu on the bottom left of your computer's screen. 2. Locate and click on Control Panel. 3. Find the Add or Remove Programs icon and double-click it. 4. Here you'll see a whole list of programs & applications that are installed on your computer. Find and select ie8 browser and click "Uninstall". 5. Confirm that you want to uninstall ie8 browser by clicking on "Remove". However, this method often fails to completely get rid of ie8 browser, why? After this removal, there are still some remnants or "artifacts" of the program left behind in the system registry and on your hard drive that are no longer needed. What's more, if you don't delete these useless traces immediately, they will bog your PC down and, over time, it will get slower and slower lugging around this useless baggage - unexpected errors and frequent crashes may also occur because of this!
Switch your browser. Try Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome.
We could use a little more detail as to the problem you are having. Are you using windows 7, xp, Mac OS? What internet browser? ( IE8, firefox, chrome?) Do any other websites open in the browser?
For me, you should uninstall IE8. Mozilla Firefox is faster and better. IE8 is kind of slow for me. Thank You!
When browsing the internet in IE8, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome or Opera and most any other browser, Ctrl + H will open up the browsing history
Browse the web in a browser made by Google. Even though some say Google Chrome's the fastest other browsers are miles faster such as IE9 (NOT IE8) or Firefox.
