MS Access is notorious for "forgetting" page layout options such as landscape orientation and number of columns.
Typically, a File menu will contain the Open, New, Save, Save as... and Print commands.
There are many options, but personally, what I would do is set up a guest account in windows which does not have access to most of the computer. This way, they can explore the internet, print, save files, listen to music, etc, but not have access to any of your files and programs.
To get a Xerox WorkCentre 3550 to print fax confirmations, access the printer's control panel and navigate to the "Fax" menu. Look for "Fax Settings" or "Fax Confirmation" options, and ensure the confirmation setting is enabled. You can typically select options for printing confirmations for every fax sent or received. After adjusting these settings, save your changes and exit the menu.

There are two options for printing reports. The Quick Print option sends a report to your printer according to your Print Options settings. A zip file is a compressed file which needs to be unzipped before you can access it. You will need a program such as WinRAR to unzip the file. This will save to your chosen location on your computer and to print it, just right click the file and choose the Print option.
To reinstall the print icon to your toolbar, right-click on the toolbar area and select "Customize" or "Toolbar Options," depending on your application. Look for the print icon in the list of available tools or commands, then drag and drop it back onto the toolbar. If you're using a specific software, you may need to access its settings or preferences to customize the toolbar further. Finally, click "Done" or "OK" to save the changes.

Any page of text on a Mac can be saved as a PDF by selecting Print from the File menu (or pressing the command key cmd and P) and then selecting Save as PDF from the PDF options in the Print dialogue window.
