No! It is a felony, unless you are registered with the DEA. The only people allowed to mail narcotics are the presciber or the pharmacist to the patient. For example: if you left it home from college or something, your mom needs to take it to your pharmacist and ask them to mail it to you.

∙ 10y agoIt depends on your country, you live in. In the USA mailing a controlled substance is illegal. Ritilan and other stimulants are listed as schedule two drugs and therefore not even the prescription can be faxed in, it must be hand delivered. On the contrary, it is perfectly legal for a prescriber to mail a prescription, or even the actual drug to a patient. This includes drugs the DEA lists as Schedule ll, that is, at high risk for abuse. Well-known mail-order pharmacies such as Walgreens and Medco do this regularly. Related link.
