It's up to you. People usually have different ip addresses for gateways and DNS/DHCP servers. It's because a separate server is used for gateway.

Is the internet centralized or decentralized?

Mostly the internet is decentralized, except for DNS servers. DNS servers are servers that your computer requests when you goto a website with a domain name to get the IP to connect to. There are several cover-all DNS servers, such as Google DNS (8.8.8.8) and OpenDNS (208.67.222.222). Although you could create your own cover-all DNS server, it would be really expensive and time consuming. If you want to use the internet completely decentralized, then use IP addresses instead of domain names. For example, wiki.answers.com's ip address is 67.196.156.63, but they are hosting multiple websites on it so it isn't configured properly to use a IP address.

Is DHCP the same thing as NAT?

No. DHCP (Dynamic Host Control Protocol) is a method of providing clients network information from a router or DHCP server. It can tell a host what their IP address is, what the gateway is, what the DNS servers are, WINS servers, etc. NAT (Network Address Translation) is the technology used by a gateway that allows a private ip address to access information on the public internet. For example, You have a router (10.0.0.1) that acts as a DHCP server and DNS server. Something connects to your network and broadcasts a DHCP request, and is then given an ip address (10.0.0.5 for example) and told where to go to resolve domain names. That client wants to connect to google, it makes the request first to the name server through the gateway, and then information is sent back to the gateway. NAT Allows the gateway to get the information to the correct computer behind it even though it is not directly accessable. (Google can not directly access 10.0.0.5 and vice versa)

What is DHCP and DNS in Network Configuring..What are the purpose?

DHCP stands for Dynamic Host Configuration protocol. it is used to distribute the info that devices which connect to your network need such as IP address, subnet mask, default gateway, dns servers and lease time. It is used because it is easier to just setup the router to do this than do it manually. DNS stands for Domain Name Server. Its job is to translate easy to remember addresses to the IP address that corresponds to the Web server which hosts the website.

What is the importance of your IP address having a gateway in an enterprise environment?

Well if someone is advanced enough, they can see your IP address and find out what city you live in and more. That's why some people use proxy servers which allow you to browse the web on a secure network where people cannot track you or what you do.

What is the default port used by web servers in routers?

Port 80 is generally configured to be the connecting port for web servers. Home routers aren't generally designed for hosting so port 80 is probably blocked by default but can be forwarded.
