No. 4th of July is an American Nationalistic Holiday commemorating the day of Independence.
We have always remained neutral in political matters as part of our effort to follow the example of Jesus Christ being not part of this world. (John 17:16)
We do however follow the higher laws written in The Bible, the ones given by the Almighty God Jehovah. We obey human laws that do not conflict with God's laws Matt. 22:20, 21.
