Yes. Once Legendary Six Samurai Shi En is successfully summoned to the field, then it can use its quick effect against spells or traps the opponent activates, even one activated in response to its own summon.
Yes, Shi En can negate a Spell or Trap that activates in the graveyard. The only difference than normal is a 'destroy' effect does nothing to a card in the graveyard, or in this case, the banish zone, where Breakthrough Skill will have sent itself as its own cost.
All Creeping Doom Manta's effect says is that no Trap Cards can be activated in response to its Normal Summon. That would mean you cannot use Torrential Tribute in response to the summon. It does not provide an ongoing effect such as that of Jinzo. As soon as you leave the response window, Trap Cards can be activated.
Yes. All the monsters are summoned at the same time, by a single resolution. Torrential Tribute can be used in response to this.
Torrential Tribute and Bottomless Trap Hole can only be used in response to a monster's summon. Attacking a monster does not summon it (note that if the monster is face down, this is a Flip and not a Flip Summon).
Because Metalmorph changes the ATK of a monster, it can be activated in the Damage Step. You can therefore do two things. If the defending monster is face-up already, you can activate Metalmorph in response to the attack, that's fine. If the defending monster is face-down, you will flip it at the start of the Damage Step, and can activate Metalmorph as above, before you enter Damage Calculation.
When Winged Dragon of Ra is Normal Summoned, there is a summon response window, like usual. However, Spells, Traps, and other monster effects cannot be activated here. That means Ra can use either his ATK boosting Trigger, or his monster-destroying Ignition Effect in response to his own summon, and no card can be activated against it.After this though, subsequent activations of his Ignition Effect can be negated by Divine Wrath, and Ra will be destroyed.
Triggers will always go on the chain first before any manually activated cards like Torrential Tribute. Black Rose Dragon's trigger will be chain link 1, Torrential Tribute will be chain link 2, so Torrential Tribute will resolve first, then Black Rose Dragon's effect.

Only if Jinzo's effect is being negated, or he is face down. When Jinzo is successfully summoned, his continuous effect will be applied before traps can be activated in response. That means you cannot use summon-responsive cards like Torrential Tribute or BTH while he is face-up on the field.
Yes, but not always. Remember there is only a limited amount of cards that can be activated during the Damage Step of the battle phase, and Torrential Tribute is not one of them. You cannot use Torrential Tribute in the damage step, and that is where Gorz is special summoned if you trigger him from battle damage (his token is summoned in the damage step too). However if you trigger him from effect damage and summon him, Torrential Tribute can be used in response - unless you take the effect damage during the damage step, in which case the above still applies.
It only stops them being activated in response to the summon, so mainly it stops cards like Torrential Tribute or Bottomless Trap Hole being used. After that 'response window' closes, those cards can freely be activated again. Ra says 'other' effect monsters, that's just so it can activate its Optional Trigger, the one that gives it some ATK.
Normal summon, no. Special summon, yes.The reason is, when Obelisk is normal summoned, no spells, traps or monster effects can be activated. That means it prevents anything being activated in the 'summon response' window, which is where you'd normally use cards like Trap Hole, Bottomless Trap Hole, Torrential Tribute, etc.

Yes. All the monsters are summoned at the same time, by a single resolution. Torrential Tribute can be used in response to this.
There are many external factors result in the homeostasis response being activated while doing sports. One is the added cooling of the skin.
