No, only a few creatures can defeat Thousand-Eyes Restrict. If you use Chuck Norris, you may be able to achieve victory.
Thousand-Eyes Idol is a Normal monster with ATK/0 DEF/0. You can fuse it with Relinquished to Fusion Summon Thousand Eyes Restrict. Thousand Eyes Restrict is banned, so Thousand-Eyes Idol is practically useless as of today.

"Thousand Eyes Restrict" does not come in any deck. It is only available in the booster packs Pharaoh's Servant and Dark Beginning 1, as well as a promotional card.
In Yu-Gi-Oh TCG, the card "Thousand-Eyes Restrict" was banned due to its effect. Thousand-Eyes Restrict can, like the ritual card "Relinquished", equip the opponent's monster cards to itself and gain their ATK and DEF. But unlike Relinquished, Thousand-Eyes Restrict has the ability to prevent any other monster card from attacking or changing battle position (excluding itself). In spite of this, Thousand-Eyes Restrict can only be destroyed by the effect of a spell or trap card, or monster effect like that of Exiled Force. This normally makes it incredibly difficult to be beaten and thus it was banned. (Monster Card + Black Illusion Ritual = Relinquished Relinquished + Thousand-Eyes Idol + Polymerization = Thousand-Eyes Restrict) One other reason for it being banned was how easily it could be summoned via Metamorphosis and a sheep token from Scapegoat.
Yes, as of the current banlist (March 2010).
You cant. You have to use gameshark or action replay. Whitch i dont suggest you use
Its definitely worth more than a dollar. Dont waste my time with that joke. Thanks
The strongest spellcaster yugioh card is obviously Relinquished and Thousand-Eyes Restrict, they can take the attack of any monster card so it could even be thought as the strongest monster. Thousand-Eyes Restrict is so powerful that it was banned in the year of 2006.
Yes. One of my favorite monsters-relinquished or thousand eyes restrict can.
Yes, flip effects can still activate even if Thousand-Eyes Restrict controls the monster. Flip effects are triggered when the monster is flipped face-up, and Thousand-Eyes Restrict's effect allows it to take control of an opponent's monster. As long as the monster with the flip effect is flipped face-up, the effect will resolve, regardless of who controls it.
Yes, for 2 reasons * The equipped card doesn't become a spell card, just an equip card without specification * The effect of thousand eyes restrict not the equipped card increases your attack and defense.
