In Yu-Gi-Oh TCG, the card "Thousand-Eyes Restrict" was banned due to its effect. Thousand-Eyes Restrict can, like the ritual card "Relinquished", equip the opponent's monster cards to itself and gain their ATK and DEF. But unlike Relinquished, Thousand-Eyes Restrict has the ability to prevent any other monster card from attacking or changing battle position (excluding itself).

In spite of this, Thousand-Eyes Restrict can only be destroyed by the effect of a spell or trap card, or monster effect like that of Exiled Force. This normally makes it incredibly difficult to be beaten and thus it was banned.

(Monster Card + Black Illusion Ritual = Relinquished

Relinquished + Thousand-Eyes Idol + Polymerization = Thousand-Eyes Restrict)

One other reason for it being banned was how easily it could be summoned via Metamorphosis and a sheep token from Scapegoat.

In Yu-Gi-Oh how many ritual monsters should you have in your deck?

It depends. I have relinquished and black luster soldier in my deck. Relinquished is very easy to ritual summon because it only has one star. if your monster has between 1 and 4, I would say around 4 max. If your monster has between 5 and 8 stars, I would suggest 3 max. If its between 8 and 12 then I would suggest 2, 'cause I f its for a fusion,(e.g my B.L.S is for Dragon Master Knight, and my relinquished is for Thousand Eyes Restrict.) but you have to watch out for banned cards if your going to a tornament (i only say-so because relingished is a banned monster and so is thousand eyes restrict)

What card in Yu-Gi-Oh is used to summon 'Thousand Eyes Restrict'?

'Polymerization' or any similar fusion summon card, or cards that can otherwise special summon Fusion Monsters, like Cyber Stein.

Is blue eyes shining dragon banned from yu-gi-oh?

No, not as of the current banlist (March 2010).

Weakest Yu-Gi-Oh card?

It depends on what you mean. There are many cards with a low ATK, but hig DEF, such as Millenium Shield (0 ATK/ 3000 DEF/ 5 stars) and Soul Tiger (0 ATK/ 2100 DEF/ 4 stars). There are a few cards with 0 ATK and DEF, such as Batteryman AA and Chaos Necromancer, that start out with 0 ATK, but get stronger very easily. And there are the low ATK monsters that gain power when a ceratin card is equipped to them. The two biggest combos are Koitsu + Aistu (Aitsu has 3000 ATK) and Doitsu + Soitsu (Soitsu has 2500 ATK). But there are the 0 ATK/DEF monsters that will always stay that way. So I would say that the weakest yugioh card is Cloudian - Smoke Ball. It is a normal LV 1 monster with 200 ATK and 600 DEF. It is practically useless, unless you know how to use it.

What are some of the strongest Yu-Gi-Oh card combos?

The following are a list of combos that have resulted in these cards becoming banned and/ or restricted in the TCG Advance Format in order to prevent their usage:Cyber-Stein OTKWith this combo, the duelist could use Cyber-Stein to Special Summoned Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon or Cyber End Dragon and equip it with Megamorph to potentially OTTK (One-Turn Kill) the opponent. As a result, Cyber-Stein is now Banned.Magical Scientist OTKUsing Magical Scientist and Catapult Turtle, you can Special Summon six Fusion Monsters to tribute with Catapult Turtle, in addition to Magical Scientist and Catapult Turtle at the end, to inflict over 8000 damage to your opponent's Life Points. A popular method to set up this combo is to Special Summon Gilasarus, tribute it to Tribute Summon Catapult Turtle and activate Last Will to Special SUmmon Magical Scientist. Magical Scientist and Last Will are currently Banned.Goat ControlBy using Metamorphosis on a Sheep Token Special Summon with Scapegoat (or any other Level 1 monster), you can easily Special Summon Thousand-Eyes Restrict. You can also use Tsukuyomi to flip Thousand-Eye's Restrictface-down to reuse its effect to equip monsters. The various cards of this combo have be banned and limited.

Well, If u consider banned cards fine, then I would say Thousand Eyes Restrict. But I would say that legally, Five Headed Dragon or Dragon Master Knight would be the best legal fusion.

What is the weakest yu-gi-oh card?

The weakest yu-gi-oh card to use in an actual tournament is the thousand eyes idol because first it has 0 ATK and 0 DEF with no effect, and you can't fuse it with relinquish to make thousand eyes restrict because the card is banned in tournaments. So, it's actually useless to use in an actual tournament.
