According to Traditional Islam, the outfits that maids are required to dress in show too much skin and do not cover a woman's hair. Additionally, part of the character of being a maid is engaging in flirtatious behavior withe possible sexual undertones. As a result, the answer would be "NO".

However, each Muslim woman should make the decision for herself as to whether she can be an ethical and spiritual woman while also being a professional in a less orthodox setting.
