No, I have so far not seen all nine tails appear. The farthest I have seen is five tails. But if he did have his nine tails the kyuubi would come out and the world would be at an end!!!! Uh-OH!

actually he gets one tail with the battle for sasuke he got 2 tails from diedra he got three tails from fighting orochimaru he got 4 tails for fighting orochimaru iv never seen him go 5 tails but he goes six tails while fighting pain he broke the seal he skipped the seventh tail and went 2 eight tails then the fox told naruto to realise the seal when naruto was about 2 his father showed up in his conciousnes and grabbed his arm and stopped that's the tails if your wondering who narutos father is i will give u a hint 4th hokaga
