Iv been wondering the same thing iv had pcos for ages and have had more than 20 blader infection and im only 21. Some things iv learnt is to allways stay clean ( your partner two) if you feel one coming on, drink heaps and heaps of water and have canberry tables and dont use harsh soap use somthing natural like gaots milk soap ( that also is good for pimples and dry skin)
