Possibly. Some employers may grant an exception due to the length of time which has passed since the DUI convictions. Many employers will not.

It takes roughly 2 years to get an associate degree in nursing.
If an RN or LPN can do the job and operate safely, there should be no question about age.

A 4 year LPN degree and then a 2 year RN. It is the equivalent of a Masters Degree.
